the main problem is going to be in jessup for folks going through howard county 175 waterloo road and dorsey run road shut down with a structure fire. dorsey run road is shut down for a little bit of stretch approaching 175. if you are going out the next few minutes and travel in that area plan accordingly. toward the capital beltway a live look at 495 north of the american legion bridge we are not finding any trouble spots. no overnight construction. so we are moving well on the inner loop and outer loop in maryland. virginia to the beltway on i-66 a nice quiet ride from front royal all the way to the beltway continuing through fair oaks good and continuing to the roosevelt bridge. now back to the news desk. >> a car filled with explosives

isaac. the tour comes as the gulf coast cleans up the damage from the storm. parts of louisiana are still under self feet of water and thousands of people are living in shelters. crews are working around the clock to restore power to more than 200,000 homes and businesses. >> as the weather clears after isaac more crews return workers remain evacuated from 18 rigs or just under one quarter of those in the gulf of mexico. 48 were evacuated as the storm approached. companies say it will take a few days in order to fully restore production. >> gas prices are rising and isaac is getting part of the blame. triple a reports the national average for a gallon of gas is now $3.83. that is eight cents higher than a week ago and 26 cents higher than a year ago. in d.c. the average price is $3.98. mad $3 by 78 and virginia $3.69.

for plan b. definitely move it indoors. here are the remnants of isaac. the leftover energy and area of low pressure circulating is giving us the unsettled weather not just today but through midweek and into thursday. we will have unsettled energy from this and another cold front and it is causing areas of rain in parts of kentucky and ohio. it will be off and on in nature through a good portion of the workweek. let's check with the computer model. notice the red on the screen. that indicates where the computer model thinks we will get up to two inches including rappahannock and call peeper and north howard and this is through tomorrow morning. yellow indicates about an inch to an inch and a half. around the district that is what the model is hinting. that is possible in the district. we did have flooding problems
